The bright, open-plan living area is filled with natural light, thanks to large sliding doors and expansive windows that frame the views. Two freestanding sofas, a feature fireplace, and stylish soft furnishings create a cosy, welcoming space — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring nearby Bassenthwaite Lake or the surrounding fells.

The kitchen is beautifully equipped with integrated appliances: gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge-freezer — making mealtimes effortless, whether you’re cooking for two or entertaining guests. A freestanding dining table with six and chairs adds to the social layout.

Each of the two bedrooms offers en-suite facilities – a bathroom with toilet, wash basin and bath (with shower over) from the twin bedroom and a shower room from the master bedroom. Each bedroom benefits pocket sprung mattresses, USB sockets and an additional TV in the double bedroom.
