The open plan living space has sliding patio doors in both the lounge and dining area out onto your decking area, which is complete with furniture. Birch Lodge's living space has two sofas, footstool and TV cabinet. Adjacent the dining table has seating for six.

The kitchen area comes fully equipped with everything you'll need including a full inventory, gas hob and oven, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher plus kettle, toaster and pod coffee machine. The kitchen also has generous breakfast bar and stool seating.

Adjacent to the entrance of Birch Lodge is via the hidden utility area with coat hanging space and washer.

Birch Lodge has two bedrooms; a master bedroom with king-sized bed, dressing table and walk-through wardrobe with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom is complete with bath and shower over, plus WC and wash basin.
