The master bedroom is a calming retreat with a king-size lift-up bed, upholstered headboard, bedside cabinets, and generous wardrobe space. A dressing area with stool and mirror adds a touch of luxury. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
The twin bedroom is equally well thought out, with two 3ft single beds and a wardrobe, perfect for visiting family or guests. Both bedrooms also come with TV points for added convenience.

At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.
In addition to the holiday home itself (with the specification as listed above) here is a rundown of what else we include for you in the price:
Delivery
Your holiday home will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.
Siting
Once arrived, your holiday home will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.
Connections
Once sited, your holiday home will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.
Decking
Your decking will be constructed giving you a generous area for seating and an entranceway. In addition, your holiday home will be skirted, as well as being given two coats of stain.
Gas Cylinders
We will provide you with two 47kg gas cylinders plus an automatic changeover valve ensuring you will stay warm and cosy in your new home.
Television & DAB Aerial
Your holiday home will also be fit with a high gain digital television aerial which is also used for your DAB/Bluetooth sound system (where available).

1. This holiday home is sold with a full 20-year NCC (National Caravan Council) licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for the 2025 season (1st March - 1st December) are approx. £3,900 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £290. 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis. 6. Private sale holiday homes and lodges do not include any warranty, unless otherwise stated above.
