Be completely at home in the open-plan living area, designed for the whole family to spend time together whether cooking, dining or lounging on the two and three-seater sofas. The timeless soft furnishings, luxury carpet with underlay and electric stove fire convey a rural, relaxing atmosphere, with a contemporary twist added by the copper effect chandelier. The large front aspect French doors fill the living area with natural light to produce a bright, calming environment. The classic country kitchen features cupboards with Larch wood grain details and metallic cup handles, alongside a white resin bowl with copper effect tap for a traditional feel.
The Swift Vendee welcomes you into a hallway with seat bench, coat hooks and shoe storage, large mirror and shelving unit for keeping everything tidy.

At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.
In addition to the holiday home itself (with the specification as listed above) here is a rundown of what else we include for you in the price:
Delivery
Your holiday home will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.
Siting
Once arrived, your holiday home will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.
Connections
Once sited, your holiday home will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.
Decking
Your decking will be constructed giving you a generous area for seating and an entranceway. In addition, your holiday home will be skirted, as well as being given two coats of stain.
Gas Cylinders
We will provide you with two 47kg gas cylinders plus an automatic changeover valve ensuring you will stay warm and cosy in your new home.
Television & DAB Aerial
Your holiday home will also be fit with a high gain digital television aerial which is also used for your DAB/Bluetooth sound system (where available).

1. This holiday home is sold with a full 20-year NCC/BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2024 season (March - December) are approx. £3,760 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £300. 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis.
