The Swift Edmonton is a high-specification twin-unit holiday lodge and is characterised by the relaxed coastal cottage atmosphere with a fresh and airy colour palette similar to those found in the luxurious holiday homes of the Hamptons.

The open plan living space has sliding patio doors in both the lounge and dining area sides of the holiday lodge onto your decking. The lounge has freestanding sofas with scatter cushions and pull-out bed, upholstered footstool, feature fireplace and freestanding tv unit. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything including gas hob and oven, integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher and island unit with stool seating. The Swift Edmonton lodge benefits from an entrance hallway with a utility area/cloakroom storage which also houses the washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has king-size double bed with lift-up storage, upholstered headboard, bedside units and wall lights, vanity unit with mirror, drawer unit, cube stool and overhead TV position. From the bedroom access is provided to the en-suite shower room via the walk-though dressing area with large wardrobes.

At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.

Once arrived, your holiday lodge will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Connections

Once sited, your holiday lodge will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Your decking will provide a generous seating area with entrance way alongside the lodge – made from high quality, low maintenance composite boards and boast a stylish front glass balustrade allowing you to take in the view.

Information

1. This holiday lodge is sold with a full 25-year BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The lodge can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for 2023/24 season (September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024) are approx. £4,900 and includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year (due in May) are approx. £300. 5. Electricity and piped LPG gas supplied on an individual metered basis.

Pricing may change prior to holiday homes and lodges arriving on site - until a final price is provided by the manufacturer the price listed on this page may be revised.
