1. This holiday home is sold with the balance of a NCC/BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2024 season (March - December) are approx. £3,760 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £300. 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis. 6. Private sale holiday homes and lodges do not include any warranty, unless otherwise stated above.
