The elegantly styled and spacious Pemberton Serena the beautiful, light and airy kitchen has double Dormer windows, unique in its class and certainly one of the main attractions of this holiday home.  

The Pemberton Serena has lots of gorgeous features that really set it apart - the luxurious deep-buttoned lounge sofas are comfortable and inviting, styled with complimentary footstool and plush accent chair to complete the stylish and homely look of the Pemberton Serena. The wood-look interior doors throughout give the Serena a smart finish and, as ever, the plush carpets are neutral but highly durable. 

The high quality kitchen is complete with all the appliances you’ll need: cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher, the Dormer windows above the kitchen and dining area give the Serena its unique light and airy feel. 

This holiday home features a hallway, complete with hanging space – a popular feature, from here there is access to a large family shower room, twin bedroom and of course, the master double bedroom. The master bedroom is inviting and well appointed and features beautiful wall lights to give a real air of sophistication, walk-in wardrobe and the spacious en-suite bathroom is quite a surprise.

Our luxury new development offers a full 12-month holiday season. This holiday lodge benefits from piped LPG gas and trace heated water pipes and all of the homes in this development are built to Residential (BS-3632) specification* to ensure your comfort whenever you visit. In addition, these lodges also feature upgraded decking with glazed front balustrade as well as direct-to-lodge Wi-Fi connections.

At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.

Your holiday lodge will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.

Holiday Home Siting

Siting

Once arrived, your holiday lodge will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Holiday Home Connections

Connections

Once sited, your holiday lodge will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Your decking will provide a generous seating area with entrance way alongside the lodge – made from high quality, low maintenance composite boards and boast a stylish front glass balustrade allowing you to take in the view.

Piped Gas & Trace Heating

Your lodge will have a piped LPG gas connection and trace heated water pipes ensuring you can stay warm and cosy in your new holiday lodge the whole year round.

TV Aerial

Television Aerial & Wi-Fi

Your lodge will be fitted with a high-gain digital television aerial as well as your own ‘direct to lodge’ internet router providing your own Wi-Fi network connection.

Information

1. This holiday lodge is sold with a full 20-year BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The lodge can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for 2021/22 season (September 1, 2021 - August 2022) are approx. £4,100 and includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year (due in May) are approx. £290. 5. Electricity and piped LPG gas supplied on an individual metered basis.

Pricing may change prior to holiday homes and lodges arriving on site - until a final price is provided by the manufacturer the price listed on this page may be revised.
