The ABI Langdale is a seriously sleek and far from the ordinary holiday home. The ABI Langdale adds a little Scandi chic to your Lake District retreat. From its feature wood burner effect stove to the super sleek kitchen with wood details and graphite grey contrast cupboards. 

Spacious and modern, the Langdale's kitchen area is complete with integrated appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher) the Langdale makes the most of its impressive pitch by offering plenty of opportunity to take in the wonderful view from the huge picture windows adjacent to the dining area. 

The ABI Langdale has entrance hallway with handy coat area. The home is very practical with vinyl flooring throughout the main areas with accent rug in the living area and carpets with underlay in the bedrooms. 

The home has two bedrooms, a twin and master double bedroom with lots of wardrobe and cupboard space plus en-suite shower room. In addition, the ABI Langdale has a family shower room too, with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Your holiday home will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.

Holiday Home Siting

Siting

Once arrived, your holiday home will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Holiday Home Connections

Connections

Once sited, your holiday home will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Holiday Home Decking

Decking

Your decking will be constructed giving you the best use of space with a generous area for seating and an entranceway. In addition, your holiday home will be skirted, as well as being given two coats of stain.

We will also provide you with two 47kg gas cylinders plus an automatic cylinder changeover valve ensuring you will stay warm and cosy in your new home.

TV Aerial

Television & DAB Aerial

Your holiday home will also be fit with a high gain digital television aerial which is also used for your DAB/Bluetooth sound system (where available).

Information

1. This holiday home is sold with a full BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2021 season (March - December) are approx. £2,950 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £280. 5. Winter use option also available extending the season through the full year. 6. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis.
