Holiday homes don’t get much better than theĀ Willerby Vogue. If you’re looking for a luxurious home with all the added extras you could ever need, the Willerby Vogue is something special and unique.

Upon entering the Willerby Vogue you get a real sense of light and space from the dual Velux and apex windows throughout the kitchen and lounge area. The lounge area features a warm heritage colour scheme which adds to the cosy ambience, along with freestanding sofas and chairs, upholstered footstool, integrated sound system and gorgeous feature fireplace with flame effect stove fire.

The U-shaped farmhouse kitchen in calming cream and grey, houses every integrated appliance that you will ever need, including fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and even a washer/dryer! The kitchen also has a handy breakfast bar - great for those mid-morning brunches. However, if you are having a more formal meal, there is also a separate freestanding dining table with high back chairs.

The master suite is flooded with light from the overhead Velux roof window; the bedroom pulls through the luxurious feeling from the lounge, and has wood panelling and a king-sized bed with a sumptuous velvety headboard and lift-up storage system. The master suite also benefits from lots of wardrobe storage, a corner cabinet, expansive mirrored dressing area and a generous en-suite shower room.

The twin bedroom features full-sized 3ft single beds with upholstered headboards, wardrobe with drawers and TV point.

At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.

In addition to the holiday home itself (with the specification as listed above) here is a rundown of what else we include for you in the price:

Your holiday home will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.

Holiday Home Siting

Siting

Once arrived, your holiday home will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Holiday Home Connections

Connections

Once sited, your holiday home will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Holiday Home Decking

Decking

Your decking will be constructed giving you the best use of space with a generous area for seating and an entranceway. In addition, your holiday home will be skirted, as well as being given two coats of stain.

We will also provide you with two 47kg gas cylinders plus an automatic cylinder changeover valve ensuring you will stay warm and cosy in your new home.

TV Aerial

Television & DAB Aerial

Your holiday home will also be fit with a high gain digital television aerial which is also used for your DAB/Bluetooth sound system (where available).

1. This holiday home is sold with a full BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2021 season (March - December) are approx. £2,950 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £280. 5. Winter use option also available extending the season through the full year. 6. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis.
