The Willerby Avonmore combines distinctive décor, elements of Willerby’s ‘Simply Better Build’ feature set, the great deluxe pack – all of which mean the Avonmore represents fantastic value for money. 

In the lounge, the Avonmore features the fantastic Simply Comfort modular sofa in faux leather with footstool, coffee table, flame effect electric fire & feature fire surround with mirror & shelving, freestanding TV cabinet and wall art. 

The dining area has freestanding dining table with chairs and pendent lighting above. The kitchen comes with integrated full-size dishwasher, Belling double oven, separate hob, statement cooker hood, plus integrated microwave and fridge-freezer. The kitchen also features soft close doors and drawers and under cabinet lighting.  

The spacious master double bedroom has king-size lift-up storage bed, mirrored dressing area with cylinder stool, bedside cabinets with lighting, upgraded upholstered headboard and en-suite WC.

At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.

In addition to the holiday home itself (with the specification as listed above) here is a rundown of what else we include for you in the price:

Holiday Home Delivery

Delivery

Your holiday home will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.

Holiday Home Siting

Siting

Once arrived, your holiday home will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Holiday Home Connections

Connections

Once sited, your holiday home will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Holiday Home Decking

Decking

Your decking will be constructed giving you the best use of space with a generous area for seating and an entranceway. In addition, your holiday home will be skirted, as well as being given two coats of stain.

We will also provide you with two 47kg gas cylinders plus an automatic cylinder changeover valve ensuring you will stay warm and cosy in your new home.

TV Aerial

Television & DAB Aerial

Your holiday home will also be fit with a high gain digital television aerial which is also used for your DAB/Bluetooth sound system (where available).

Information

1. This holiday home is sold with a full BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2021 season (March - December) are approx. £2,950 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £280. 5. Winter use option also available extending the season through the full year. 6. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis.
