The modern kitchen features designer gas hob, integrated oven and chrome extractor fan plus integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. The dining area has freestanding dining table with four chairs.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, full-size wardrobes, dresser and feature upholstered headboard. The main bedroom also features an en-suite WC with washbasin.

The second bedroom has two single beds, feature headboards and full height wardrobe. The family bathroom has WC, washbasin, shower cubicle and mirrored shelving unit.

1. This holiday home is sold with the balance of a BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2021 season (March - December) are approx. £2,950 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £290. 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis.
