Static Caravans
All our rose award holiday home static caravans are non smoking and can sleep up to five people (plus a baby in cot; in some units). The beds are freshly made up with linen, towels are also provided. We do not provide linen for the fifth person or the cot (which should be ordered at the time of booking). All fuel is included. A timber deck connects the side doors and a picnic table is provided. Luxury Caravans
The majority of our caravans are new or less than four years old and have central heating and double glazing. They are fully equipped and maintained to the highest standards.
Cooking is provided by a gas hob and oven we also provide a microwave oven, fridge, kettle and toaster.
The lounge offers a gas or electric feature fire. The dining area has seating for four and the lounge offers comfortable seating. Television with DVD.
All homes have a twin and a double bedroom with the "Z" bed in the lounge. The bathroom offers a powerful spacious shower, WC and wash basin.
All static caravans are located in an elevated position with good parking alongside, the homes are separated by mature planting.
The adjacent field offers plenty of space and beautiful views both towards Skiddaw and the northern fells but also over the Solway to Scotland. Our modern play area with its safety fall surface is also within this field.
Standard Caravans
We also have a small number of simpler units which whilst maintained to the same high standards offer only single glazing and panel heating.
