1. This holiday home is sold with a full 20-year BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2020/21 season (September 2020 - August 2021) are approx. £3,800 and includes: ground rent, waste & recycling and water. 4. Local rates for the year (due May) are approx. £485 (currently suspended due to the COVID-19 situation). 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual metered basis.
