Our luxury new ‘Lake View’ development will offer a full 12-month holiday season. These holiday homes will benefit from piped LPG gas and trace heated water pipes and all of the homes in this development will be built to Residential (BS3632:2005) specification to ensure your comfort whenever you visit.

1. This holiday home is sold with a full 20-year BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2020/21 season (September 2020 - August 2021) are approx. £3,800 and includes: ground rent, waste & recycling and water. 4. Local rates for the year (due May) are approx. £485 (currently suspended due to the COVID-19 situation). 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual metered basis.
