Around 35,000 people trooped out to Bitts Park Carlisle to watch the stunning fire show and bonfire. Plenty of food stalls on hand as well. This year though the show was a little disappointing because of poor weather and it wasn’t the rain! just fog which hid some of sky displays. Never mind we went to Cockermouth on the Sunday and watched an excellent display there by the river.
